*We encourage students to register before any class you prepare to attend to stay in the loop on any class specific correspondence necessary before your arrival. We use MindBody Booking system (see schedule below). We recommend you register 24 hours in advance to secure your spot for class. Reservations can be canceled up to 2 hours before class. Less than 2 hours before class start time please call the studio to cancel and leave a message* to avoid a no show fee.
