Sivananda Style Yoga Class Meditation & Chants

Experience a Sivananda class followed by the Sivananda daily chants with Lee Ann Louis-Prescott E-RYT 500, who trained for 20+ years directly with Swami Vishnudevananda, the yogi who brought Sivananda style yoga to the West. Class assisted by Jen Norber E-RYT.

Sivananda style yoga is an effective practice that incorporates specific breathing techniques, classical sun salutations, uses the chakra system, specific asanas (poses) & has multiple savasanas (rest) to allow your life-force to penetrate your cells and to promote physical, mental and spiritual health.
